1. Overview

This policy explains what information is collected when you use the Frax Ramp widget and hosted API, how it is used, and the choices you have. Frax Ramp is operated by BrainDAO.

2. Information we collect

To process an on-ramp transaction we handle the destination wallet address, the requested amount and currency pair, and the resulting transaction status. Identity verification and payment details are collected and held by our third-party payment and KYC providers, not by us directly.

3. How we use information

We use transaction data to provide quotes, settle funds on-chain, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and operate and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Third-party providers

Payment processing, identity verification, and blockchain settlement rely on third-party providers. Their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policies. On-chain transactions are recorded publicly on the Fraxtal network and cannot be deleted.

5. Data retention

We retain transaction records for as long as needed to provide the Service and to meet legal, accounting, and compliance requirements. Session tokens are short-lived and expire automatically.

6. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete certain information. Because some records must be kept for compliance and on-chain data is immutable, these rights may be limited.
